This policy describes how Net.Fr SAS processes personal data in connection with the Rank Place service, in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

The Provider does not store credit card numbers, which are processed directly by payment service providers.
When prospect or end-client data of the CLIENT is collected via the forms of a Positioned Website, the CLIENT acts as data controller and Net.Fr SAS as data processor, under the terms of the Data Processing Agreement set out in Appendix 2 of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Data is communicated only to authorized personnel of Net.Fr SAS and its processors, acting on instruction and for the sole purposes mentioned above:
Net.Fr SAS internally manages its compliance with applicable data protection laws and does not use any external paid data protection management provider.
Certain providers (notably Stripe, PayPal, and Google) may transfer data outside the European Union. Such transfers are governed by appropriate safeguards within the meaning of applicable data protection laws (standard contractual clauses of the European Commission and/or EU-US Data Privacy Framework).
